And I am making some cashew tofu so I thought I'd let you join and watch. So

I've already chopped up the red bell pepper. I've already made the rice and now I'm just

chopping the rest of the stuff while the tofu presses. So let's do it!

I've got some broccoli here. Let's rinse it off. And then we can chop up some bite-sized broccoli for this stir-fry.
