I have the same cage and have made a small washer to hold the ring together before the cage is fitted, this can be left in place instead of struggling to remove the lock as you do to fit the cage and the fit the cage pin and lock. I have never tried putting the cage on with the tube attached, this looks easier than fitting it once the age is in place. Will have to get an anal hook to try at the same time. Nice video.
